The software on your download page, are they trial or full versions?

They're all full versions!
They just save 'watermarked' images until you enter an unlock code, which you receive upon buying our software. So you don't have to download and install another version after you purchase our software. Furthermore, once you entered the unlock code it remains valid, also if you install a newer version later on.

I have a serial number, but your software asks for an "unlock code". What gives ?

Because of frequently occurring confusion in the past, we have decided to permanently change the term "serial number" to "unlock code". Naturally, all valid serial numbers work as valid unlock codes.

I lost my software, unlock code or serial number. Can you send it again?

Yes, we probably can.

For lost unlock codes or serial numbers, please submit a request at our contact form and we will try and find back your details. Please specify as much relevant information as you can, such as exactly which product(s) did you order, Windows or Mac version, the name & email address you used when ordering, approximate date of purchase, and the ordercode if you still have it.

I experience problems with unlocking my software. What should I do?

First, make sure that the you're using the correct product. For example, unlock codes for "PhotoZoom" do not work with "PhotoZoom Professional" or "PhotoArtist" and vice versa, as these are all different products.

- In case you are using a personal unlock code (i.e. your name is explicitly specified with your unlock code), all fields (Unlock Code, Name and Email) must be entered exactly as specified in your registration details:

- In case you are using an anonymous unlock code, only the "Unlock Code" field must be entered. The other fields (Name and Company) are optional.

- If you are using an OEM version (usually delivered with a 3rd party product), the "Unlock Code" and the "OEM-number" fields must be entered. The Name field is optional.

- In case you are upgrading to PhotoZoom Professional, you can unlock the software through the following steps:

Step 1. Select "I am upgrading from PhotoZoom or PhotoMagic" or "I am upgrading from S-Spline 2".

Step 2. Enter all the fields that were specified with your original registration details for PhotoZoom, PhotoMagic or S-Spline 2. If some fields (for example "Authorization Code" or "Personal Info") were not specified with these details, leave them blank.

Step 3. Enter your PhotoZoom Professional Upgrade unlock details, in the same way as described in the above instructions regarding personal unlock codes and anonymous unlock codes.

How and where can I update your products to the latest version?

Our updates are available for free at all times. You find them in our download section.
The easiest way to check whether an update is available, is from within the software. Go to the Help menu and click on "Check for Updates". The software will immediately let you know whether an update is available or not.

I own S-Spline 2. What are my upgrade options?

You have two upgrade options:

1. You can upgrade to PhotoZoom for free. Click here to upgrade.

2. You can upgrade to PhotoZoom Professional against a very sharp price. This upgrade is available at our online store.

What are the advantages of PhotoZoom Professional over PhotoZoom?

PhotoZoom Professional's advantages over PhotoZoom (which is part of PhotoMagic) are:

• Advanced fine-tuning tools for better end-results (fully tweakable algorithm settings, anti-aliasing)

• Besides working as a standalone application, PhotoZoom Professional also works as an Adobe Photoshop plug-in
