First, make sure that the you're using the correct product. For example, unlock codes for "PhotoZoom" do not work with "PhotoZoom Professional" or "PhotoArtist" and vice versa, as these are all different products.

- In case you are using a personal unlock code (i.e. your name is explicitly specified with your unlock code), all fields (Unlock Code, Name and Email) must be entered exactly as specified in your registration details:
Example:
Unlock Code: C8T5Y - 7L4E2 - Q2H7C - 3WJ5V - K226M

- In case you are using an anonymous unlock code, only the "Unlock Code" field must be entered. The other fields (Name and Company) are optional.
- If you are using an OEM version (usually delivered with a 3rd party product), the "Unlock Code" and the "OEM-number" fields must be entered. The Name field is optional.
- In case you are upgrading to PhotoZoom Professional, you can unlock the software through the following steps:
Step 1. Select "I am upgrading from PhotoZoom or PhotoMagic" or "I am upgrading from S-Spline 2".
Step 2. Enter all the fields that were specified with your original registration details for PhotoZoom, PhotoMagic or S-Spline 2. If some fields (for example "Authorization Code" or "Personal Info") were not specified with these details, leave them blank.

Step 3. Enter your PhotoZoom Professional Upgrade unlock details, in the same way as described in the above instructions regarding personal unlock codes and anonymous unlock codes. |
