CODING YOUR APP

Once Shortcut Software has received a signed approval to begin work on your App - we then follow the following process:

• Assign a project manager who will be your contact person
• Assign a project team which will include:
• Programmer(s)
• GUI designer
• Functional designer
• Graphic designer
• Tester
• Other team members if needed
• Plan project timeline and delivery
• Begin work

Once work has begun, we will update you periodically on the status of your project and involve you in decision point until completion of the project.

The typical project milestones include:

Initial sketch
Approval of initial design
proof of concept version
Alpha version
Beta version
Release candidate version
Final release version
Publishing on the Apple App store or the Android Matket
